Speaker: NASA’s Leadership in Positioning, Navigation, and Timing

Joel J. K. Parker is the PNT Policy Lead for NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, where he leads national and international projects related to space use of GNSS on behalf of the NASA Space Communications and Navigation Program. He is the technical team lead for development of the Interoperable Multi-GNSS Space Service Volume (SSV) in the United Nations International Committee on GNSS (ICG), co-chairs the ICG Space Applications Subgroup, and leads several technical activities related to next-generation space applications for GNSS. Mr. Parker graduated Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Mississippi State University and joined NASA in 2010.
