Presenter: Selling Commercial Technology to the Government

Dr. Pamela Logan is an engineer and technical analyst in the Commercial Item Group at the Defense Contract Management Agency. In this job, she does deep dives into products and services such as rocket engines, electromechanical parts, aircraft systems and components, fuel injectors, cryogenic valves, spacecraft payload processing facilities, to write technical analyses that guide DoD procurement negotiations. Prior to this position, she had a 9-year career at the Department of Energy Office of Environmental Management. She has an aerospace PhD from Stanford, and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.S. in Engineering & Applied Science from Caltech.
