Michael Pollack is the CEO for the Traville Group. For the past five years Michael and his team enable exponential growth for companies in the satellite/space sector in verticals such as for the US Government and enterprise. As part of this role, Michael serves as Vice President, North America for Effective Space, an in-orbit servicing/logistics company. In this particular role Michael spearheads the development of sales and business development opportunities for both the US Government and commercial space markets for the company.

Michael created The Traville Group in 2014, and today leverages his nearly 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, BD, and engineering, leading this outsourced BD advisory firm serving multiple high tech and professional services companies both in the US and abroad. The company implements growth strategies to deal with a client’s toughest challenges in selling and creating value. The Traville Group introduces clients to new markets, new people and to new ideas on how to grow and to win. To date the Traville Group has had successes with clients in various markets with true growth in top and bottom line revenue while development strong market positions.

Prior to starting The Traville Group, Pollack spend 10 years at Hughes building business units to support the US Government, in Latin America and in the former Soviet Union. Additionally, he led UltiSat which was then a startup to achieve astronomical growth (nearly 20X) over a five year span.

Pollack holds a BSEE from Boston University and an MSEE from The Johns Hopkins University.
