Sebastien Lehnherr has 20 years of international experience running and managing
global technology, products and services organizations. Sebastien has been
appointed early 2019 as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Speedcast International
Limited, the leading and most trusted provider of remote communications and
Information Technology solutions. Before that Sebastien served at Schlumberger
for over 17 years after holding technology related positions at Schneider Electric
and the French government agency.
Sebastien built his leadership experience and reputation through an international
career focused on information & technology strategic and transformational
programs, through leadership assignments that took him and his family from Paris,
to Milano, Dubai, London, Houston and now Aberdeen, Scotland.
In his most recent roles for Schlumberger, Sebastien was Vice President of Cyber
Security, CISO for the Oil and Gas industry services giant; and before that, Vice
President of Information Technology, looking over an organization of 1,200
Information Technology engineers and specialists delivering IT infrastructure,
support and security for 130,000 end-users and clients operating in 80+ countries,
including the most remote and extreme locations in the world.
Sebastien holds a Master in Computer Science and Microelectronics Engineering
from the Ecoles Centrale group, France.
