Leonardo Euler de Morais started his career in Anatel in 2006. Since then he has worked as an advisor for the Board of Directors, as head of the Economic Monitoring Management Office and as Chief of the Technical Advisory Office. At the end of 2016 he assumed the mandate of Commissioner.

After graduating from University Mr Euler worked for Eletronorte as an analyst.

Mr Euler graduated in Economical Sciences and holds a master's degree in economics, both from the University of Brasília, where he has also taught courses in Economics.
