Major Morgan is a combat aviator and veteran with world-wide, operational experience in both manned and unmanned aircraft. An accomplished U.S. Air Force officer with over twelve years of service, Major Morgan is a time-tested and battle-proven leader with an extensive track record of safety and success in high stress environments and time sensitive situations. Her expertise in military aviation, operations management, and team/organizational leadership, is augmented by her background in engineering, human spaceflight research, and aerospace physiology/psychology.

Major Morgan’s interests lay in the innovation and application of human factors, human-centered design, and human-robotic partnerships in extreme environments, enabling humans to push the boundaries of exploration from the ocean depths to outer space.

A motivated, dedicated, and charismatic professional with strong interpersonal and public speaking skills, Major Morgan also possesses a passion for people, adventure, and STEM education/outreach initiatives along with an unabated desire to inspire and positively impact future humanity!
