Ryan Orth is Vice President of the RF Intelligence Systems a business area within the Space and Intelligence Systems line of General Dynamics Mission Systems. He is responsible for delivery of strategic intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) systems for the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Intelligence community and international partners.
Mr. Orth has spent nearly two decades developing and implementing new missions for space, with a primary focus on advanced space payloads and supporting mission ground systems. In the past five years, his focus has shifted from space to ground, overseeing development and operations of large-scale modern ground systems to better enable space missions.
Mr. Orth joined General Dynamics in 1995 and has over 20 years of engineering and management experience in the U.S. defense and intelligence industry. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington and his Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University.
