Mr. Aghili is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Blue Sky Network, LLC. He also serves as a Managing Partner/co‐founder of Kerwood Capital Partners and spends his time between San Diego and Los Angeles. Blue Sky Network is an industry‐leading provider of mission‐critical fleet management and tracking solutions serving private, commercial, and government customers worldwide. Blue Sky Network deploys innovative satellite‐based communication solutions that help aviation, marine, and land/mobile customers track and manage their assets in real‐time in over 50 countries, resulting in improved safety, security, operational efficiency, and profitability. Blue Sky Network’s interactive web portal, SkyRouter, offers extensive tracking, communication and asset management functionality using its unique and easy to use graphical interface. Founded in 2001, Blue Sky Network is headquartered in San Diego, California with customers and distributors worldwide.

Prior to co‐founding Kerwood Capital Partners, Mr. Aghili served as a managing partner at Eton & Stallion Capital, offering strategy consulting, capital formation, M&A and private to public structured products to family offices and lower/middle market firms, especially in healthcare, drug development and technology space. Mr. Aghili has also served as a senior fellow for UCLA Anderson School of Management’s entrepreneurship center since 2009. He has managed consultants and advised over 150 lower/middle market companies on growth and business strategy formation including business plan development, competitive positioning, sales/channel expansion and capital formation. He has been teaching Entrepreneurship as an adjunct professor at UCLA Anderson School of Management since 2014. Previously as the managing director of the AFH Holding and Advisory and then General Pharma Partners/Otitopic LLC family offices in Los Angeles, he led private business roadmaps, business plans as well as the placement of strategic private and public equity/debt investments. He designed and led the full private to public deal flows from sourcing to execution including due diligence, negotiation, capital formation structuring, placement, executive compensation, board of directors placement, D&O insurance, IR/PR, SEC compliance and audits.

In his prior role as a director of product strategy and intellectual property for Teradata Corporation, Mr. Aghili actively contributed to M&A engagements and strategic partnerships including the acquisition of Aster Data for 263 million. He led and contributed to numerous buy vs. build product roadmaps in emerging technologies, software, database management, big data, data analytics and hardware systems. He developed Teradata’s aligned product strategy and IP workflow across 1,300+ patents and directly recruited, trained and managed large product development teams across the U.S., India and China.
