William Fisher is Managing Partner at Collegia Capital, and Advisor and Executive-In-Residence at Wipro Technologies. Mr. Fisher was part of the management team that launched STAR TV (Asia's leading satellite programmer with 300m viewers in 53 countries), and has previously overseen HBO's Asia-Pacific business. He has degrees from Yale and Columbia universities, and was a Fulbright Scholar at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universitaet in Munich. His commentary on media and telecoms has appeared in three languages.
