Ms. Samantha Marquart Brainard is a doctoral student in the Systems Engineering department at the George Washington University in Washington D.C. Her research with her advisor, Dr. Zoe Szajnfarber, focuses on the impacts of government oversight on the acquisition of aerospace systems. Samantha holds a M.A. in International Science and Technology Policy from the George Washington University's Space Policy Institute and a B.S. in Political Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
