Speaker: They Do What? Unlocking the Mysteries of the OR to Help Preserve Skin Integrity

Reagan Rose, BA, RN, CNOR is the Perioperative Nurse Educator for the operating room at Temple University Hospital, in Philadelphia, PA. Reagan has been an operating room nurse for more than 10 years and has over 5 years management and educator experience. She currently is the educator for a large, academic, level 1 trauma center that includes 22 operating room suites with focus in numerous surgical specialties, including robotics, orthopedics, neurosurgery, endovascular, cardiac, and abdominal organ transplant. Reagan designed and manages a perioperative introductory program for nurses coming from the floor to OR that utilizes readings, classroom discussions, skills labs, and clinical observation.
