Speaker: Lights, Camera, Action! An RCA Recast Safety Simulation

Santina Mazzola MSN, RN, CNOR, is the Service Line Coordinator at the SurgiCentre in the Perelman Centre for Advanced Medicine. She assists in coordinating care and streamlining processing for orthopedics, plastic surgery, endocrine and oncology surgery, gynecology, otorhinolaryngology, and general surgery. Prior to this role, Santina was an OR nurse at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP). She spent 2016 training as a Perioperative Safety Fellow where she specialized in quality and safety improvement.
