Speaker: The Ten Building Blocks for an Effective Dashboard

Andrey Ibragimov is the Assistant Director, Ingalls Same Day Surgery at the University of Chicago Medicine. Andrey has over ten years of operating room experience. In his role, Andrey oversees operations of Ambulatory Surgical Center. Andrey is a Certified Nurse Operating Room and an advocate for transformational and servant leadership models. He is using LEAN philosophy in his practice and is currently focused on the development and growth of the Perioperative Services along with enhancing patient and family experience. In 2018, Andrey was recognized as one of the 40 Under 40 Emerging Nurse Leaders by the Illinois Nurses Foundation. Andrey has earned Six Sigma Green Belt from DePaul University Chicago, BSN degree from the University of Southern Indiana, and has MSN in Healthcare System Management from Loyola University New Orleans.
