Speaker: How Do You Develop and Support Your ASC’s Patient Safety Officer?

Fawn Esser Lipp is the Executive Director of a multi-specialty ASC in Franklin WI. She serves on the Board for the Association of Wisconsin Surgery Centers and is past president of Southeastern WI AORN chapter.

She has 20 years of Operating Room experience including transplants and cardiac, scrub nurse, and sterile processing. Fawn has spent the last 10 years of her nursing career in the ambulatory setting and has performed many roles in the operating room environment.
