Dr. Doyle is an independent perioperative consultant from Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Doyle has over 40 years of healthcare experience with over 35 years devoted to the Perioperative Specialty. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree from Otterbein University where her doctoral focus was on succession planning in identifying perioperative leaders. She received her Master of Science Degree in Nursing Administration from Wright State University and Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Franklin University. She has held a Certification in Operating Room nursing (CNOR) since 1984 and Board Certification in Nursing Administration (NE-BC) since 1991 through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is the owner of her consulting business, is an author, medical writer and speaks on succession planning, recruitment & retention, mentoring, and perioperative quality and safety topics
