Rebecca L. Holland, MSN, RN, CNOR, CSSM, CST, CRCST was previously the director of perioperative services at Blake Medical Center, Bradenton, FL. Rebecca has been a perioperative nurse for 32 years functioning within many capacities in the perioperative environment including staff nursing, education and leadership. She has lectured nationally, state-wide, and locally on a variety of topics incivility, bullying and developing resiliency. Becky has demonstrated leadership in her career through the successful implementation of many patient centered initiatives. She is the 2015 recipient of the AORN Outstanding Perioperative Manager Award and has served the perioperative community as Chair of the AORN Leadership Specialty Assembly and Clinical Nursing Practice Committee.
