Jake Runion, MBA, BSN, RN, CNOR is the Nursing Director of the Main Campus operating rooms for the Cleveland Clinic, where he oversees the daily operation of 55 operating rooms across multiple service lines. He is responsible for over 250 FTEs and an operation covering 30,000 surgical cases per year. He has been the director for three years and has been involved in multiple continuous improvement projects, employee engagement initiatives, and lean staffing plans. Jake received his nursing degree from Bowling Green State University and his Master’s degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
