Hope Johnson is currently the Vice President of Perioperative Services for Lehigh Valley Health Network in Allentown Pennsylvania. Over her 20 years in practice, she has held various roles in the OR throughout her tenure, including Educator, Director, Administrator and Internship Coordinator. Hope holds a Bachelors Degree in Nursing, as well as a Masters Degree in Nursing and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. She obtained her Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Executive Leadership from DeSales University in 2017 and studied the effects of a Focused Factory Concept on Intraoperative Cost Per Case, as it relates to Orthopedic Surgery. Hope is a Board Member for Communities in Schools of Eastern Pennsylvania. When not at work, Hope keeps busy at home as a Cheer Mom, Lacrosse Mom, and Soccer Mom. She enjoys lounging with her 2 dogs, Gretchen and Murphy and, as a family, enjoys traveling, adventure, and NFL football.
