Cindy Kildgore, MSHA, BSN, RN, CNOR, was a perioperative services director for over 20 years, with oversight of the operating rooms, holding rooms, and post anesthesia care unit at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She was previously a circulator, team leader, manager, and assistant director in perioperative services at Vanderbilt. One of her passions is process management and assessing failure points to ensure safety and efficiency. She now is lending her years of experience to OR Manager as the Education Coordinator.
