Keith Siddel, PhDc, JD, MBA, CHC, is Vice President of Revenue at Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation. He was previously a healthcare attorney based in Monterey, CA, and he has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare finance, information systems, operating room management, and operational and compliance expertise. He has worked with hospitals, physician practices, hospital-based and freestanding day surgery centers, clinics, ancillary diagnostic centers, and fully integrated healthcare providers. He has led many projects focused on the OR to improve delivery of healthcare and to maintain the revenue integrity of the organization. Early in his career, he worked as a trauma nurse, and he has drawn upon this experience to create a unique perspective of healthcare by blending the clinical, financial, and legal objectives.
