Shawn is a Registered Nurse and has more than 30 years combined clinical and consulting experience. Her expertise includes healthcare administrative leadership, clinical transformation, process redesign, quality improvement and cost structure improvements in Surgical, Emergency, Endoscopy, Critical Care, Anesthesia services and Care Coordination in a variety of healthcare provider settings. Prior to joining Hospital IQ, Shawn was a Director at Price Waterhouse Coopers’ Health Advisory practice where she led operational and financial improvement engagements at a number of health systems.

Shawn earned her MBA from the University of Phoenix, and her BSN from Emmanuel College.
