\n<\/strong>OilComm Show Management reserves the right to change the answers to your company type responses that impact pricing.\u00a0 Any changes to your registration price will be articulated in writing over email or onsite at the registration desk when you pick up your badge.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATIONS:
\n<\/strong>All cancellations must be made in writing. Registrants who cancel before July 2nd<\/sup>, 2019 will be subject to a cancellation fee 75% of the registration fee. Registrants who do not cancel prior to July 2nd<\/sup>, 2019 will be liable for the full registration fee. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this event, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by registrants. No refunds will be processed prior to the event. Refunds due to registrant error will be subject to a $75 processing fee.<\/p>\n

SUBSTITUTIONS:
